CI/CD Pipeline Design
Build, test, and deployment pipelines that run fast, fail clearly, and deploy safely — with rollback capability and clear ownership.
- Fast build cycles
- Clear failure messages
- Rollback in pipeline

We build the CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring infrastructure that removes friction between writing code and running it in production — and gives your team the tools to operate it.
We scope around the system you actually need to operate, maintain, and operate — not a fixed vendor product or a one-size-fits-all implementation.
Build, test, and deployment pipelines that run fast, fail clearly, and deploy safely — with rollback capability and clear ownership.
Docker image optimisation, Kubernetes manifest design, Helm chart development, and operational runbooks for container-based deployments.
Terraform and Ansible configurations that reduce manual infrastructure changes and make configuration drift easier to detect.
Runbooks, alerting policies, and on-call rotation infrastructure that reduce mean time to resolution.
Secret management, network policy, SAST/DAST scanning, and security controls mapped to client-defined requirements for regulated environments.
Each engagement is broken into defined phases with reviewable outputs. Scope can adapt, but accountability stays visible.
Map your existing deployment process, identify bottlenecks and failure points, and define the target state with your team.
Build, test, and security scanning pipeline with branch policies, fast feedback, and clear failure messages your team can act on.
Deployment pipelines with environment promotion gates — dev, staging, production — and parity between environments via IaC.
Container and Kubernetes infrastructure defined in Terraform/Helm — reproducible, version-controlled, and reviewed before deploy.
Secret management, network policy, SAST/DAST scanning, dependency vulnerability checks, and client-defined security control baselines.
Technology choices follow your environment, operating constraints, team capability, and long-term ownership requirements.
The same technical capability can require very different controls, integrations, and operating models across industries.
Multi-service CI/CD, developer platform engineering, internal developer portal tooling.
Deployment pipelines designed to support controlled change management, traceability, and audit logging.
Healthcare deployments designed around protected-data handling, privacy-conscious logging, and documented security baselines.
Controlled deployment pipelines, peak-traffic scaling automation, and storefront delivery workflows.
The exact architecture and delivery plan depend on your environment. These answers describe how OSYSTIC approaches the work.
The effort depends on repository structure, environments, testing maturity, security controls, deployment targets, and existing tooling. We scope the pipeline after reviewing the current delivery process.
We prefer GitOps (ArgoCD) for Kubernetes — it gives full auditability and drift detection. For simpler deployments, push-based pipelines with proper rollback are perfectly adequate. We recommend based on your needs.
Never in environment variables or code. We use HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or GCP Secret Manager depending on your stack — with least-privilege access policies and rotation where applicable.
All IaC code, CI/CD pipeline configuration, Helm charts, runbooks, and on-call documentation. Your team can operate, extend, and onboard new services without us.
Tell us your current deployment process and what is causing pain. We will come back with an honest improvement plan.
